Many are afraid of "emergency situations"......What would have happen if some thing happens to me.....We shall cover these apprehensions in the series to come..
Liver 13- the 13th point in the Liver Meridian is an excellent emergency point. Gently pressing this would avoid all these....."Sudden difficulty breathing, agitation, anger, fear, bloating, pain heart/ribs/spine". In fact sometimes you can observe a sharp/shooting pain in this point, never panic, it is nature's (or rather your body's) own way of curing itself of all these symptoms/problems.......Just observe and it will go on its own and you will feel far better afterwards.
