Do you know that the basic habit of taking head bath daily cools down the entire system. If possible taking head bath twice a day (or how many times you want) will be ideal and very good for the health. You may feel a little difference in the beginning when you start this habit, like running nose etc., But be assured that it is only expulsion of flum/heat/or any disease factor already accumulated in your body. It will get well on its own, once all the heat is expelled out. This is a cure for "sinus" also. (Sinus indicates of more heat in the body)
If you feel very tired or less energised, press (gently) the upper part of little finger (upto two lines) in both the hands, and you will feel very energised soon. The pressure should be very minimal, just like a butterfly sitting on your palm. Pressuring should not be done watching the tv/reading a book etc., Just feel the points while doing the pressure, for best results.
